WEEK 1&2 – SUPERSPEED GOLF TRAINING
- Dynamic Warm-up
- Record Avg. Swing Speed
- Level 1 Protocol:
All protocols are clearly defined with reps, positions, and club weight. An important component to generating speed is training both the dominant and non-dominant sides of the body. This is denoted by “each side” in the rep section. Lastly, we always finish with 3 reps on your dominant side using the lightest club only.
Level 1 – SUPERSPEED GOLF TRAINING
Position – Normal / Step-Change / Normal
Reps – 3 Each side
Speed Stick – Light / Medium / Heavy
ASD – Advanced Speed Development – Ground Force Mechanics
Position – Step-Change / Step-Back / Heel-Stomp / Double-Step
Reps – 3 Each side

• Swing the SuperSpeed Clubs about 6-8 inches above the ground.
• Always swing toward the range, net, or wall, even when swinging on the non-dominant side.
• Switch the grip when swinging on the non-dominant side.
• DO NOT HIT THE GROUND!
• After level 1, we have a cool down for about 90 seconds and then we will hit some balls on the launch monitor and record the “after” speeds on the player record card!
